In a two-day fun, intense, and intentionally short weekend course, you and your birth partner will become educated and prepared for birth and the postpartum period.
Class will be 9-5:30 Saturday and Sunday (lunch 12:30-2).
- You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, which are fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset.
- You will experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work.
- You will discover your own birth desires and design your personal Queen in Training postpartum plan.
- This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for Mom and her birth partner.
(Snacks will be provided, but we will break for lunch!)
