In a two-day fun, intense, and intentionally short weekend course, you and your birth partner will become educated and prepared for birth.
Class will be Saturday, 8am-4pm, and Sunday 8am-12pm.
- You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, which are fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset.
- You will experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work.
- You will discover your own birth desires and design your personal Queen in Training postpartum plan.
- This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for Mom and Partner.
(Snacks will be provided, but we will break for lunch!)
