BIRTHFIT Postpartum Part 2 Training

Are you wanting to continue your postpartum journey with intentional movement? Continue working with a BIRTHFIT Coach to ensure that your movements are not only safe for your postpartum body, but are effective! You can join these classes after you’ve completed the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series or BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series Breath & Flow. 

This class is part of a four week series and you can purchase four sessions or eight sessions. 

Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:45-6pm, August 6-29.
