This course is a monthly ongoing fitness course for any woman who wants to train intentionally.
If you're pregnant, we'll be supporting you through those changes and helping you prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum;
if you're postpartum (these courses can only be joined AFTER you've completed the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series (either Breath & Flow or traditional - ideally both!)), we'll continue supporting your healing process;
if you're preconception, we'll help you in your preparation;
if you're outside of the immediate Motherhood Transition, we'll be noting where you are in your cycle to support your body's hormonal needs!
Working with a BIRTHFIT Coach or Professional and connecting with other women, you'll create intentional movement practices; embody the BIRTHFIT four pillars of fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection; enhance the three metabolic pathways; and support your body in your specific journey.
No matter what your previous fitness level is, we welcome you to move with us (and bring a girlfriend!).

Tuesday & Thursday evenings 5:30-6:45pm
Saturday mornings 9:30-10:45am
