BIRTHFIT Women's Fitness - July!

This course is a monthly ongoing fitness course for any woman who wants to train intentionally. 

  • If you're pregnant, we'll be supporting you through those changes and helping you prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum;

  • if you're postpartum (these courses can only be joined AFTER you've completed the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series (either Breath & Flow or traditional - ideally both!)), we'll continue supporting your healing process;

  • if you're preconception, we'll help you in your preparation;

  • if you're outside of the immediate Motherhood Transition, we'll be noting where you are in your cycle to support your body's hormonal needs!  

Working with a BIRTHFIT Coach or Professional and connecting with other women, you'll create intentional movement practices; embody the BIRTHFIT four pillars of fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection; enhance the three metabolic pathways; and support your body in your specific journey.

No matter what your previous fitness level is, we welcome you to move with us (and bring a girlfriend!).

Classes are:

  • Tuesday & Thursday mornings 10:30-11:45am

  • Tuesday & Thursday evenings 5:30-6:45pm

  • Saturday mornings 9:30-10:45am
