A BIRTHFIT Power Hour is a free one-hour event that introduces the four pillars of BIRTHFIT. We’re kicking it up a notch by adding a workout with a BIRTHFIT Coach following the info session.

In a one-hour workshop, you'll learn about the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, what effective training looks like, and an approach to birth that's unlike anything else.
Come ready to move, because we’ll follow up the Power Hour with a workout led by a BIRTHFIT Coach (specifically appropriate to whatever stage of the motherhood transition you are (or aren’t) in).
