Let's get GROUNDED on Mother's Day!
Sunday, May 13th, 3-5pm
Join us for a 60 minute movement flow based on your innate movements. (It'll be like your favorite yoga class, but without having to think "is this safe for my core?"!) We'll follow it up with a 15 minute grounding meditation. In other words, 75 minutes well spent!
This event is appropriate for pregnant or postpartum women, or anyone else looking to intentionally move and ground themselves in the world!
Families are welcome to participate, but there will not be separate activities for children.
